The obverse showcases Augustus Saint-Gaudens' iconic depiction of Lady Liberty, while the reverse displays a family of eagles, symbolizing American strength and family values. A notable feature of these coins is the presence of the "W" mintmark, indicating their origin at the West Point Mint. This mintmark is located beneath the date on the obverse side.

These coins are struck from 22-karat gold, composed of 91.67% gold, 3% silver, and 5.33% copper, providing durability while maintaining their precious metal content.
